Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped USPS First Class, and typically arrive within 5 business days of being shipped. We do not guarantee delivery times.

We provide full refunds for manufacturer defects through 90 days and up to 30 days for other reasons. To start the return process, please contact us at lostcanyonimports@gmail.com.

Our mission is to create a sustainable line of income for traditional artisans. Many of the artisans we work with lack the infrastructure or resources to expand to a wider market that can provide that income - that’s where we come in. We work with them to determine pricing, and pay the same or more than their retail pricing for each piece to ensure they are getting paid fairly for their amazing work.

We do a fair amount of research before landing in the country - from there, we travel and meet artisans in person at their workshops. Often, one will recommend another artisan from the same village or town and we’ll get to learn about a new craft or meet somebody new!
We choose which artisans and crafts to work with both by market demand and by the history, craftsmanship, and overall quality of the product.
